At Brambas Barefoot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your natural stride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit for your journey, our hassle-free process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Brambas box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
